Crushed Asphalt

Crushed Sand

  • Sand + granules ranging from 0 to 15 mm.  Resulting from screening concrete and asphalt before crushing.   It contains either asphalt or concrete sand and granules depending on the material crushed.

  • Sand + granules ranging from 0 to  4 mm in size resulting from screening after crushing.  Contains sand and concrete granules resulting from crushing concrete materials.

 
Our Produtcts' uses

Sizes 2" – 3", 1 1/2" – Mixed 3/4" – 3/8"

  1. can be used in road construction in  sub grades, base and sub-base courses

  2. in making temporary roads in the desert in order to make it easier for the vehicles.

  3. to make a filler layer preventing water from penetrating the upper surface

  4. to make bedding layer for piping in trenches .

  5. Artificial reefs in see shores

  6. to make non-structural concrete mixtures ( low strength concrete )

In concrete mixes which is used in low strength applications

 

Size of 3/16 "

Because of the strength of bonding due to the roughness that the product provides. Which is suitable for plastering and mosaic tiling.

 

Crushed Sand

  1. Can be used as one of basic constituent in asphalt

  2. Can be used in brick products

  3. Can be mixed with aggregates in order to make temporary roads to make the movement of vehicles in desert easier.

Crushed Asphalt

In temporary asphalt roads and it can be recycled in way suitable in making new and permanent roads
